The Nile River
The Nile river is t
he longest in the world. The Nile begins from Africa & passes through Egypt into the Mediterranean Sea, it is a distance of more than 4000 miles. The Egyptians stretched the Nile about 750 miles wide. The Nile river cut through the desert of Upper Egypt. It created a river valley that was very fertile that was 13 miles wide. Next to the Nile river laid hundreds of miles of bleak desert sands. At the end, the Nile river flowed into the Mediterranean Sea. Unlike the Tigris & Euphrates the Nile's floods were easy to predict. The Nile helped Egypt civilization to develop, they helped them by fertile soil farming & water. This helped the food production increase.
