Hector

Hector is the Prince of Troy. And Achilles is the mighty Trojan warrior. Both of them confront each other on the outsides of Troy. Both of the warriors show great heroic values but, only one man stays standing. The man that stays standing is Achilles. I think Hector did the right thing by fighting Achilles because it shows that he died with honor and he wanted his people to know that he wasn't scared of anything. He also wanted the people to tell the war he had with the great Trojan warrior for generations and generations to come. I think Hector accepted Achilles challenge because he wanted all the world to know that he was a hero. Yes I would have done the same because I would've been remembered as a legend and a hero.achillesvshector_1024.jpg Achilles vs Hector image by ArtemVeli

  1. Good pic. Also you are right the Greeks wanted to be remembered in stories and myths. That was a form of extended life for them.
